CLEVELAND, OH — Grab your reusable bags! Farmers markets are a great way to help local farmers. The food is high-quality, local and just plain yummy. Some markets even have baked and handmade goods for sale. No matter what, you can't go wrong visiting the local farmers market.
Here's all the info on five great local farmers markets:
Good Earth Farm Stand: Buy affordable high-quality vegetables, fruit, herbs and honey at this urban farm and produce stand.

- Summer: Mondays and Thursdays, 3-7 p.m.; Saturdays, 12-4 p.m.
- Winter: Thursdays, 3-5 p.m.

Farmers Market at Cleveland Clinic: All products on sale were grown within 150 miles.
- Wednesdays until Oct. 19, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Located at the Crile Building, 2049 E. 100th St., Between Carnegie Ave. and Euclid Ave.
- Free one-hour parking in the garage on East 100th and Carnegie; accessible by several RTA routes.
- Enjoy free samples and “green” giveaways.
- According to the North Union Farmers Market, this is a "vibrant community gathering place filled with local farmers and artisan food producers. Health screenings and live music make this an educational and fun destination. A weekly treat on the Cleveland Clinic Campus!"

Crocker Park Market: Find produce, meats, dairy, baked good and more every week from farms and food producers.

Tremont Farmers Market: Find more than just fresh produce, baked goods, honey, jams and handmade foods from local farmers and producers — art from local artists, live entertainment and vendors selling a ton of interesting products await as well.
- Tuesdays in Lincoln Park until October 12, 3:30-4 p.m. for vulnerable population, 4-7 p.m. for everyone.
- Many vendors offer a wide selection of vegan products.

Willie's Farm Market: See the meaning of a local, family-owned farm at Willie's, which has been selling local produce since 1949. Most of the produce sold at the stand today is grown on the family farm in Lorain County.
- Open June through October, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily

- Willie's is famous for seasonal hits, and according to its Facebook, these are the times to catch the legendary fresh and flavorful specials: "Be sure to savor our strawberries as our first crop in June, sink your teeth into our famous sweet corn and delectable Red Haven peaches in the summer months, and check out our enormous display of pumpkins in October!"
