- Nonprofit Cleveland Missing is offering a $5,000 reward for information on Amanda Dean, who went missing over five years ago. Dean, a mother of four, was 39 when she went missing from Huron County. Officials say Dean was being abused by her boyfriend at the time of her disappearance and was staying at a domestic violence shelter in the area. (WKYC.com)
- Joshua Ward called Cleveland police and informed them he had murdered his girlfriend. According to Ward, he shot Shievon Seats in the head early Monday morning in Cleveland Heights. The investigation is ongoing. (WKYC.com)
- Charm Gray was convicted of five counts, including involuntary manslaughter, for killing Cleveland mother Tara Howard in May. When the shooting occurred, one of Howard's daughters ran for help while one of her sons tried to protect her. Sharon Howard, the mother of the victim, said, "Domestic violence is serious and we’ve got to start taking it seriously because this is what happened to my daughter. The signs were there but nobody paid attention. It was too late and then when it happened, it happened and it happened in the worst way." (Cleveland 19 News)
