While campaigning for Hillary Clinton in Ohio, Joe Biden and a protester in the audience have a powerful moment.

PARMA, OH — Vice President Joe Biden was on the campaign trail for Hillary Clinton in Parma, Ohio, discussing the danger of a possible Donald Trump presidency when he was interrupted by a protester objecting to Clinton's role in the Iraq war.
"My friend died!" shouted the protester.
The crowd began chanting "Hillary! Hillary!" when Biden urged them to quiet down and allow the man to speak.

The protester again shouted, "My friend died!"
Biden responded with "Will you listen?" "So did my son," said Biden, referring to Beau Biden, who served in Iraq and later died of brain cancer in 2015.

The protester shouted out again, referring to recent fighting near the town of Manbij in northern Syria, and Biden attempted to answer his protest with the following explanation:
"the deal was to get them into Manbij, and to work, was they'd go back across the Euphrates so we could have special forces moved in."
The crowd again began chanting, and again, Biden quieted them down and offered to speak to the protester backstage after the rally.
“Come back here after to talk to me about this,” Biden told the protester. “You have my permission.”
