Boy, 11, Shot And Killed In Cleveland: Report

CLEVELAND, OH — An 11-year-old boy has died after he was shot Tuesday in Cleveland, according to a report.

The boy was shot around 10:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of West 49th Street, Fox 8 reports.

He suffered a gunshot wound to his abdomen, and was taken to a hospital, where he died, according to the report.

Police said the boy may have had access to a gun, the outlet reported.

As of 11 a.m., no further details had been released by police.

An investigation was underway.
