  1. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force will give a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a 2021 murder suspect, 26-year-old Wylee Orr, who was last known to be living in the Cleveland area. U.S. Marshals said Orr shot and killed Jamal Fitch on Aug. 11, 2021, on E. 38th Street in Cleveland. Orr was last known to be living in the Cleveland area.   2. The Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (OPBA) filed a complaint against Cuyahoga County after a new policy, which went into effect Sep. 14, disarmed "protective service officers" in several county buildings including the Justice Center, Juvenile Justice Center, Lakeside Courthouse, and Courthouse Square. Yesterday, Sep. 19, a judge granted a temporary restraining order that allows security guards to carry guns again in Cuyahoga County court buildings. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the two men who were found fatally shot in a vehicle early Friday, Sep. 16, in the 15000 block of Aspinwall Avenue. The victims were 32-year-old Darnell Bond of Euclid and 43-year-old Larry Crawford of Fairview Park. (WJW FOX 8 News Cleveland)
