Cleveland Kennel 'Needs' To Adopt Out Pets

The kennel is unusually full at this time of year and needs to put pets into happy homes.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Kennel is full and looking to place pets with new owners.

"You can find true love at your local shelter...we have many wonderful adoptable dogs just waiting to steal your heart! Adoption fees are reduced to $21 from February 8 to February 20 in the hopes that many of our pups can find love," a city spokesperson said in a statement.

Adoptions are needed because the kennel is full, an unusual development for February. Kennel officials said they "need some adoptions!"
