  1. Cleveland police are searching for 44-year-old Elce Malik-Bey and 45-year-old Raymond Lumpkin, who have been missing since Feb. 10. Their families reported them missing after they did not return from fishing at East 55th Street Marina. Metroparks police located the vehicle the two men used to travel at the Marina. Call the Cleveland Police Department at 216-621-1234 with information on their whereabouts. (News 5 Cleveland)
  2. Today, Feb. 13, the Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association (CPPA) will have an emergency directors meeting to hold a vote of no confidence in Cleveland Safety Director Karrie Howard. On Feb. 6, Howard made comments about Irish police officers that many believe were biased. Howard apologized on Feb. 10, but the CPPA responded, "The Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association will not accept an apology from Director Karrie Howard. The only just solution to his blatant bias would be termination." At 11:00 a.m. on Feb. 15, the results of the no confidence vote will be announced. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. Cleveland police said two young teens were shot on Saturday night, Feb. 11, in Tremont near the intersection of West 7th and Jefferson avenues. According to police, a 14-year-old boy was struck in the left hip and a 16-year-old boy's finger on his right hand was grazed. Both were taken to a hospital, but no other information was released as of Feb. 12. (WJW FOX 8 News Cleveland)
