2) The Cleveland Browns and Haslam Sports Group issued a statement this week in a bid to quash displeasure at a report that the team may ask Greater Cleveland to foot the bill for a $1 billion stadium. The team says it's only studying renovations. The team's lease on FirstEnergy Stadium expires in 2028. The Haslams have commissioned plans to develop a residential, retail and entertainment environment around a new or refurbished Browns stadium along the lakefront.

5) A Dover, Ohio, man won't be allowed to hunt for five years and must pay a $20,000 fine because he killed a bald eagle on his farm.
