  1. Early voting has officially started in Cuyahoga County. The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections office reports that the county is off to a "great start." As of noon on Wednesday, 230 people had voted already. The Board estimates that 60 percent of the county's registered voters will be participating in this election — a five percent increase compared to the 2018 midterm elections.   2. The Cleveland Police Department has arrested a man that is allegedly a serial thief. Jeffrey Burgess, 53 years old, was arrested on Wednesday after being identified by neighbors in the Edgewater Cudell neighborhood. He is being held on a $25,000 bond for charges of breaking and entering. (Cleveland 19)
  3. Authorities have seized the boat of the two fishermen accused of cheating in the Lake Erie Walleye Tournament Championship in Cleveland. The Ranger Pro Fisherman fiberglass boat and trailer were seized by authorities in Mercer County, Pennsylvania on Tuesday. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office is examining the scandal and has charged the two fishermen with cheating. (Subscription: Cleveland.com)
