Freeze Warning Issued For Parts Of Northern Ohio
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 are expected, the National Weather Service said.
CLEVELAND, OH — A freeze warning has been issued for parts of north central, northeast and northwest Ohio, the National Weather Service said. The warning is set to begin at 10 p.m. Wednesday and remain in effect until 9 a.m. Thursday.
The Greater Cleveland area is among the regions impacted — a full list can be found here.

"Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing," the weather alert read.
"Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing."

The agency said that inland regions may not see freezing temperatures, but if winds decrease for a few hours before sunrise, some frost will be possible.
