Hillary Clinton spoke at Cleveland's John Marshall High School on Wednesday and later visited with former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney.

Hillary Clinton returned to Cleveland on Wednesday for the second time this summer. After returning from a voter registration rally in Philadelphia, Clinton came to John Marshall High School to speak to an RSVP-only crowd of supporters.
Clinton's speech was preceded by State Senator Michael Skindell of Lakewood, Congresswoman Marcia Fudge and former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland.

Clinton told the audience about her economic plan, saying she could create 10 million new jobs in four years. She also praised Cleveland and her host, John Marshall High School, saying:

"What a stark contrast this high school poses to what happened here in Cleveland during the Republican convention. Because honestly, they painted such a bleak, negative picture of America. I couldn't recognize our country listening to their angry speeches."
Clinton also got the crowd fired up by mentioning the reigning NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers.
Later Wednesday evening, Clinton headed to the home of the Cavs and site of the RNC to visit with former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney, who is performing two shows at Quicken Loans Arena for his "One on One" tour.

Another celebrity of sorts was in attendance at the Clinton rally — Super Mario!
Super Mario told Patch that he planned to give Clinton an autographed photo of himself posing with Frankie Avalon at the IX Center. When asked what the connection was, he answered "food, yummy in the tummy."
No word on if the meeting with Clinton and Super Mario actually happened.
