Indians' Tyler Naquin Smacks Inside-the-Park Walk-Off Home Run
The Cleveland Indians won in spectacular fashion on Friday night. The Tribe is recapturing the magic.

CLEVELAND, OH — Tyler Naquin didn't just hit a walk-off home run on Friday night in the ninth inning against the Toronto Blue Jays, he hit an inside-the-park, walk-off home run. This almost never happens. (see video below.)
In fact, the last time this happened for the Indians was almost 100 years ago when when Braggo Roth beat the St. Louis Browns with a walk-off, inside-the-park homer in League Park on August 13th, 1916 according to ESPN Stats and Info.
Right now, the Indians are a full 7 games ahead of Detroit in the AL Central and are number one in their division — they are truly a good baseball team. Last night underscored exactly how dangerous they can be.

The Tribe was down 2-1 in the bottom of the ninth and Jose Ramirez smacked a solo home run off of Toronto closer Roberto Osuna to tie the game 2-2.
Naquin came up to bat following Ramirez and hit a 1-2 pitch which ricocheted off of the right field wall and the Toronto center fielder fell down while attempting to throw the ball. Meanwhile, Naquin was given the green light to keep running and slid head first into home plate to win the game and start the celebration.

It wasn't featured on the Indians clubhouse bulletin board, but I think this is the best Naquin photoshop I've seen. pic.twitter.com/jyQ0TMNKsj
