Missing 11-Year-Old Found By Cleveland Police

Police have found a missing 11-year-old.

UPDATE: Ayva Lewis has been found.

CLEVELAND — An 11-year-old is missing and police need help finding her.

Ayva Lewis, 11, was last seen Wednesday at her home on E. 153rd Street in Cleveland. The girl was last spotted at 12:30 p.m., before she she packed a bag and left the home, her family told police.

Lewis was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a NASA logo on it, black jeans, and had her hair in a bun. She is approximately 5 feet fall and 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police are actively searching for the girl and a department spokesperson said "any tips are greatly appreciated."
