Bitter cold and snowflakes are expected Monday night and Tuesday morning.

CLEVELAND — Another 2 inches of snow could fall overnight in northern Ohio.
A clipper system will waltz into the region on Monday, the National Weather Service warned, and will bring snow as its dancing companion. Most parts of northern Ohio will see 1-2 inches of snow between Monday night and early Tuesday, though some cities may see more or less snow.
There is currently a 90-percent chance of snow on Monday night and a 30-percent chance of snow on Tuesday morning. There's little chance of snow the rest of the week, based on the National Weather Service forecast.
