Buckeyes vs Nittany Lions kickoff time, TV, point spread, tickets, parking, traffic and more.

HAPPY VALLEY, PA — Ohio State was pushed to the limit for the first time this season Saturday at Madison. Wisconsin led the Buckeyes after three quarters and pushed Ohio State to overtime before the Buckeyes prevailed 30-23.
Quarterback J.T. Barrett had a solid all-around game against a formidable Wisconsin defense as he threw for 226 yards and a touchdown and added 92 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground. Barrett also led the Buckeyes back from deficits of 16-6 and 23-20.
Penn State is a considerable step down in class from Wisconsin, but the Nittany Lions are at home and are riding a two-game winning streak including a dominating 38-14 win over Maryland on Oct. 8. Sophomore running back Saquon Barkley was dominant against the Terrapins as he ran for 202 yards and a touchdown.
