Overnight Car Accident Kills 57-Year-Old In Cleveland
Police say a car was turning onto St. Clair when it was hit by a speeding vehicle.
CLEVELAND — A 57-year-old man was killed in a car accident on Monday morning in Cleveland.
At 12:55 a.m., the 57-year-old was turning his Hyundai Elantra left onto St. Clair Avenue. Another car — a 2009 Mazda 6 — was speeding down St. Clair, near Woodworth Avenue, and hit the Elantra as it turned, according to Cleveland police.
EMS rushed to the scene but declared the 57-year-old dead on St. Clair, police said.

The driver of the Mazda has been identified by police.
