Pitbull Announces Northeast Ohio Concert Date This Summer

The rapper and producer known as "Mr. Worldwide" will bring his "Can't Stop Us Now Tour" to the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls.

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH —"Mr. Worldwide" is coming to Northeast Ohio.

Pitbull, the rapper and music producer, announced Monday details of a 50-date "Can't Stop Us Now Tour," which will take place between July and October.

On August 24, the Miami native will play at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls. The show's special guest will be Australian rapper Iggy Azalea.

Local fans interested in tickets to the show, can sign up for the Artist Presale, which begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday.

Pitbull's latest album was "Libertad 548," which came out in 2019, while his most recent single "I Feel Good," was released last summer, according to Stereoboard.com.

Born Armando Christian Perez, the 41-year-old entertainer is known for his frequent collaborations with top artists, including on smash hits "Give Me Everything," featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer, "Timber," featuring Ke$ha, and "Feel This Moment" featuring Christina Aguilera.

The "Can't Stop Us Now Tour" kicks off July 28 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Azalea will support Pitbull on the first half of the tour, while Jamaican rapper Sean Paul will be the supporting act during the second half of the tour.

In addition to the Cuyahoga Falls show, the tour will make one other Ohio stop: on Aug. 23 at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati.
