CHICAGO, IL — Another baseball wedding has been announced! A wedding registry and the announcement of the union of MLB on Fox broadcaster Joe Buck and Chicago Cub Kyle Schwarber has been announced on the Bed Bath and Beyond online wedding registry.
Cleveland fans may not be as excited about this wedding as they were for the wedding of Indians pitcher Ryan Merritt and his fiancee, Sarah. But many fans probably don't think it's outside the realm of possibility after listening to Buck gush over Schwarber during Games 1 and 2 in Cleveland.
Social media predicted the marriage even before the Bed Bath and Beyond announcement went live.

Those interested in buying a gift for the newlyweds can view the Buck-Schwarber wedding registry on the Bed Bath and Beyond website. The wedding is scheduled for March 4, well before baseball season begins next year.
Buck could have missed the opportunity to watch his fiance´from the broadcast booth during the World Series. A petition had been circulating prior to the Fall Classic requesting that Bob Uecker replace Buck in the broadcast booth. The petition was clearly ignored, however, it was a serious petition with, at last count, 54,295 supporters.

There is a distinct possibility that the wedding registry is a joke, but if not, we here at Patch wish nothing but the best for the new couple.
