Teen Arrested In Connection With Little Italy Robbery, Shooting

Investigators continue to look into four aggravated robberies in the Little Italy community.

CLEVELAND, OH — Cleveland police have arrested a teen in connection with a string of recent robberies and a shooting in the Little Italy community.

Investigators said they continue to look into four aggravated robberies involving motor vehicles in the the area.

Police said the suspects have been described as two teenage boys spotted using a black handgun with green laser on it.

One of the teens recently arrested was 14-years-old.

The victims have been younger females, police said.

During an incident on Dec. 27, 2021 at Mayfield Road and Random Road, police said one of the victims sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

This case and the others remain under investigation.
