Andre Lovett was finally located on Wymore St. in Cleveland, where he jumped out of a second story window in an attempt to escape. The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's office alleges that Lovett was involved in three aggravated robberies, two kidnappings, four robberies, an aggravated burglary, a felonious assault, and several grand thefts.
