Are you at risk for a stroke? Stroke is a leading cause of serious long-term disability in the United States. A simple screening can provide peace of mind.

Throughout May, which was named Stroke Awareness Month by the National Stroke Association, University Hospitals is offering free stroke screenings for area residents.

Screenings include stroke risk assessment; body mass index; blood pressure; blood glucose, and total cholesterol.
