WATCH: Mike Polk Jr. Asks Cleveland, 'Who Are We Now?'

CLEVELAND, OH — Diehard Cleveland sports fan Mike Polk Jr. points out that the city of Cleveland has been "straight-up crushing it lately" in this inspirational video from "Any Given Wednesday with Bill Simmons" on HBO. And he's right. After 52 long years, the Cavs finally made Cleveland victorious once again, however, it's confusing, and Polk tries to explain why.

In the video, Polk illustrates how to celebrate being champions while asking some obvious and existential questions such as:

• Who are we now?
• Where are we now?
• Are we just a neutered Guy Fieri?
• Will all this success affect Cleveland's low cost of living?
• Now that Cleveland's a trendy city, are we expected to act like those spoiled, pompous Boston fans?
• Should we be partying like Johnny Manziel?
