EAST CLEVELAND, OH — Police believe a 7-year-old girl was taken from her home on early Tuesday morning.
An Amber Alert was issued for Kylie Brown on early Tuesday morning. She was last seen at 1:20 a.m. near her home on Nela View Road.

Police believe Brown was taken by her father, Nashawn Brown, 36. He drives a gray 2013 Jeep Compass, with an Ohio license plate reading JBH8686.
Kylie is approximately 4 feet tall and 80 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a turquoise nightgown when she was last seen on Tuesday.

Nashawn is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 229 pounds, police said. He has brown hair and black eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kylie or Nashawn Brown is asked to call the East Cleveland Police Department at 216-451-1234 or dial 911.
