An outdoor music and arts festival in winter may scare some people off, but not us Clevelanders. Ohio City is once again hosting its free Brite Winter celebration this Saturday. Bands and musicians will perform outside and at eight other venues in the area, artists will have interactive work and installations on display and a dozen restaurants and bars will offer specials and discounts for patrons holding a Brite Winter mug. Those who are tough enough to brave the cold can purchase a mug and two vouchers for $12 before the event, $15 day of.
