She brings decades of experience, including leading major projects and strategic plans, and will help guide plans for the Coventry PEACE Campus and other services important to Heights residents.

New Cuyahoga County loan program looks to beef up development along transit routes (crainscleveland.com) — Cleveland Heights is highlighted as one of four Cuyahoga County communities already leading in major transit-oriented development projects, which together account for most new TOD investment. County officials are now backing similar dense, walkable projects along GCRTA routes with a new loan program of up to $2.5 million per project. The effort aims to boost ridership, attract residents, and reshape zoning in suburbs across the region.
