Cleveland Heights Churches to Host Christmas Services

Find out when churches in the city are hosting their services and masses

In the coming days, churches in Cleveland Heights will be reminding people that Christmas is about far more than gift exchanges.

Several of the churches in and around the city will hold Christmas services and masses on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Here are a few services in and around Cleveland Heights:

  • Unity Center ChurchΒ will host its annual Candle Lighting Service from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
  • Fairmount Presbyterian ChurchΒ offers three Christmas Eve services at 4:30, 7:30 and 11 p.m. The two evening services will including candle lighting.
  • St. Paul's Episcopal Church will host a full day of events from 2 to 10:30 p.m., including a Christmas Pageant with communion at 4; a seasonal concert at 7:45 p.m.; and a Solemn Festival Eucharist for Christmas at 10:30.
  • Church of the Saviour United Methodist's Christmas Eve services areΒ at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Both include candle lighting and live nativity.
  • First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland's plans include two events on Monday night β€” a Nativity Pageant with live animals at 7 p.m. and a Candlelight Service starting at 11 p.m.
