Cleveland Heights Man Charged With Rape of 13-Year-Old

The Cleveland Heights Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Teens charged with burglary

April 8 — Someone reported a burglary at the 1100 block of Oxford Road, and that they had seen two males carrying a bag near the time of the burglary. The victim described the two to police and an officer later spotted two teens matching the description. When police conducted a search, they found items belonging to the victim and arrested the two — 18-year-old Stefon White and a 16-year-old male — for burglary. 

Police find matching prints in thefts from cars

April 10 — Police lifted matching prints from four thefts from cars on Roanoke Road. A suspect has not been identified.

Man charged with raping 13-year-old girl

April 18 — Samuel Johnson, 49, of Cleveland Heights, was arrested and charged with raping a 13-year-old girl in his home on April 16.
