Heights Library Wants To Hear Your Thoughts

Community survey to be conducted through early March

The Cleveland Heights Library is conducting a survey of its users to improve its services.

The phone and web survey asks residents, customers and community members about the services at the library.

β€œThis is the first time theΒ LibraryΒ has undertaken such a comprehensive study of our community,” saysΒ HeightsΒ LibrariesΒ Director Nancy Levin. β€œWe provide great service to our customers, but we can always improve, so we want to hear from our residents. What do you like? What don’t you like? We want to know.”
