Police Blotter: Man Robbed, Suspect Flees on Bus

A 30-year-old Cleveland Heights resident said he was walking near the 2700 block of Noble Road at 2:46 p.m. Feb. 14 when a man pushed him down and stole $40 from his pocket. The resident said the man then hopped an RTA bus. The victim got the bus number wrong at first, and the suspect got away, Cleveland Heights police said.
Man charged with OVI
A police officer saw a car traveling down the wrong way near the 2700 block of Hampshire Road at 2:06 a.m. Feb. 12. The 25-year-old man from Chesterland driving the car was pulled over and charged with Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI.)

Police arrest 3 suspects in a break-in
A resident near the 900 block of Greyton Road called police and said there were a group of youth acting suspiciously at 1:48 p.m. Feb. 9. The suspects had kicked in the door of a vacant home, according to police. A 22-year-old man from Euclid, a 15-year-old boy and16-year-old boy from Cleveland Heights were arrested and charged with breaking and entering.
