Police Blotter: Woman Says She Was Robbed at Gunpoint

A woman said a male robbed her at gunpoint at about 10:30 p.m. Nov. 3 near the corner of South Taylor Road and Desota Avenue. He stole her cell phone and laptop.

Boys arrested and charged with robbery and burglary

A 17-year-old said three people robbed him at gunpoint and stole his iPod Touch, cell phone and money around 11 p.m. Oct. 25. Police found and arrested two of the three suspects, a 15-year-old and 16-year-old from Cleveland. Police said the boys had property from a burglary that had occurred in Cleveland Heights as well, so they were charged with burglary and robbery.

Gunshots heard, spent casings found on Navahoe Road

At least two callers reported hearing gunshots near the 3900 block of Navahoe Road around 3:50 a.m. Nov. 5. Police found several spent casings in the area.

Knife found in student's locker at Heights High

A student was charged with certain weapons prohibited after police found a knife in the girl's locker Oct. 31.

Someone reported a burglary at an apartment on the 2600 block of Mayfield Road at 6:53 p.m. Nov. 4.

Someone reported a burglary on the 2700 block of Lancashire Road at 10:48 a.m. Nov. 5.

Someone reported a burglary on the 2700 block of Hampshire Road at 12:39 a.m. Nov. 6.
