Share a Story About Your Favorite Teacher

Today is National Teacher Day, and it prompted me to reflect on the teachers who made a difference in my own education.

Such as my seventh-grade math teacher, who met with me before school even though he had a 45-minute drive to make sure I understood those tricky math equations.

Or my eighth-grade English teacher, who had a contagious love for reading and pushed us to use descriptive details in our writing.

And most recently the college professors who spent so much time writing letters of recommendation that helped me land that first job.
