Shooting In Cleveland Heights: 1 Dead
A man was shot and killed while walking down Goodnor Road, police announced.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β A Cleveland Heights man was killed while walking down Goodnor Road on Wednesday night.
At 8 p.m., callers reported hearing gunshots near Goodnor and Berkshire roads. When investigators arrived they learned Kyler Bland had been hit by gunfire while walking. He was able to run to his home, where police found him, but he later died from his injuries, said Cleveland Heights Police Chief Annette Mecklenburg.
Officers think up to three shots may have been fired at Bland, according to Mecklenburg. Only one of the bullets hit him.
