South Euclid City Council Likely to Vote on Oakwood Rezoning Tonight
Developers want to build "Oakwood Commons" on the former country club land

South Euclid City Council will likely vote tonight on whether to rezone the former Oakwood Country Club property from residential to commercial so that developers can build there.Β
The rezoning was requested by First Interstate Properties,Β Β About 60 acres of country club land that falls within South Euclid was purchased by the company late last year.
