Business owners and residents react to the new 6 p.m. curfew in Cleveland Heights for minors
About 40 people attended the Cleveland Heights City Council meeting Wednesday night where members passed an ordinance that in the Coventry and Cedar Lee business districts.
About a dozen people approached the lectern to praise the new rule or criticize the decision.
