WATCH: Cleveland Heights Fire's New Power Cots
Fire Department trains on new power cots, which are expected to greatly reduce injuries to employees during patient runs
The Cleveland Heights Fire Department recently got which are expected to greatly reduce weat and tear for firefighters during patient pick-up.
The three systems - one for each ambulance - cost the city about $112,000 total. One firefighter injury is extimated to cost the city about $80,000.
