Woman reports masturbating man
April 26, 7:30 a.m. — A woman reported that she got into her car in Municipal Lot 6 and an thin, older white male stopped in front her her car, unzipped and started masturbating "while looking her in the eye." He was gone before police arrived.

Man charged with punching woman over her cell phone
April 27, 2:56 a.m. — Police responded to an alarm on the 1800 block of Coventry Road for a disturbance. A woman said that she had dropped her cell phone in the street, and saw another man pick it up while she was looking for it. He gave it back to her, but they started arguing and he punched her in the face. The man, Christopher Bryant, 28, was arrested and charged with assault.

Two charged with attacking, macing father and daughters
April 27, 8:07 p.m. — Police arrested two men near the 3100 block of E. Derbyshire and charged them with assault after they said they were part of a group that attacked a man and his two daughters, including macing one daughter, during a fight.
