PARTA Starts Charging for Parking in Deck Today

The day has come—PARTA starts charging drivers to park in their new deck downtown starting today.

Here are five things you’ll want to know before using the deck:

1. The first 30 minutes are free! See the attached flyer for full parking rates.

2. Downtown workers can buy monthly passes for $45.

3. There are 365 parking spaces in the deck—you shouldn’t have trouble finding one.

4. Cars can only access the deck from South DePeyster Street.

5. The maximum fee to park for a 24-hour period is $5.
