• Man admits email threats to Kent State (beaconjournal.com) — Kent residents should know that a Washington, D.C. man has pleaded guilty to felony charges after sending threatening emails, including a gun photo, to Kent State University departments and employees last July. He admitted to making a terroristic threat and inducing panic, and now faces up to six years in prison as a Portage County judge reviews a presentencing investigation.
