POLL: Should Stores be Open on Thanksgiving Day?
Some major retailers are opening at midnight or earlier for Black Friday
More than 187,000 people have signed a petition started by a Nebraska  employee on Change.org to "save Thanksgiving" by having Black Friday sales start at 5 a.m. rather than at midnight.
That started 26 other campaigns on Change.org to get , Best Buy, and other stores to change their midnight openings, said Benjamin Joffe-Walt, director of communications for Change.org.
