Stark County Government: Skycrest, Easypace, & Devonshire Project 615 Updates & Resources

As part of a program to replace aging sewer pipes and to prevent intrusion of clean water into the sanitary sewers, the Stark County Sanitary Engineering Department has undertaken sanitary sewer replacement Project 615 in Jackson Township. The areas affected are between Skycrest and Meadowview Streets and on Easypace and Devonshire Streets. The contract was awarded to Lockhart Concrete on November 18th and construction is in process.

Devonshire Update: The pavement that was damaged in the vicinity of #1855 to #1869 Devonshire (by another utility contractor) will be properly repaired by Perrin Asphalt on October 9, 2021. Traffic will be maintained during the course of the work. The top layer of pavement will be milled down the full width of the road and new pavement installed by the asphalt contractor.
Easypace Update: The contractor is continuing to work towards completion in difficult soils conditions. Thank you for your patience.
