Carver Financial Services and Northcoast Shredding Services teamed up for the third annual Community Shred Day, benefitting Cleveland Food Bank’s Harvest for Hunger Campaign. A team of Mentor High School’s best and brightest National Honor Society students assisted with the event, including unloading documents and donated food items. Approximately 400 cars lined up to dispose of sensitive papers, resulting in over 6,000 pounds of documents being shredded. In addition, members of the community donated more than 600 pounds of food for Harvest for Hunger, enough to supply 2,400 meals.
