Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) and Medicare Advantage plans change every year, and 2022 will bring some big changes!Β There are also savings in store for Insulin-dependent Diabetics as certain drug plans are participating in the Part D Senior Savings Model which is available to all people with Medicare. Plans that participate in this model will offer coverage choices that include multiple types of insulin at a maximum copayment of $35 for a 30-day supply.Β People who enroll in a participating plan could save up to $446 a year in out-of-pocket costs.
