KATELYN CAPEK FOR 8142 RUSHTON DRIVE, PP16-B-096-A-00-112-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1173.13(b)(1)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a jet ski trailer to be parked in the side yard of a lot adjacent to Washington Avenue in lieu of the requirement that trailers shall not be parked between the right-of-way and the setback of the main structure, including side streets on corner lots, and shall be parked on an improved surface in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
