PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER AT 7622 ST. CLAIR AVENUE, PP16-D-888-0-034-100-0 & 16-D-888-0-035-100-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Robert Heath PE, LLC. & Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company.
