Due to the continued COVID pandemic, the need is even more desperate this year as senior citizens are more isolated than ever. We have limited the program this year to approximately 150 seniors who are in particular dire need.

The program has been modified this year to ensure the safety of our seniors.  The face-to-face contact that is such a large part of the program cannot be done this year; instead, each senior will receive a letter, handwritten by a local honor society student, a handmade card, a phone call, and a gift card.    The ornaments on the tree this year are mostly all for gift cards.

Please choose a tag, or tags, and purchase the gift listed and return it the gift to the box located next to the tree by December 8, 2021.

The Mentor Municipal Center is located at 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor OH 44060 and is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Be a Santa to a Senior program is organized and hosted by Home Instead Senior Care. For additional information, visit www.beasantatoasenior.com or call 440-729-5888.
