Sweeney turned himself in Saturday and will be arraigned in at a later date, according to Mentor Police Department's Facebook page.

Sweeney is already conviced of dealing drugs in a case in Lake County Common Pleas Judge Vincent Culotta's court.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of marijuana trafficking and one count of complicity to marijuana trafficking. He is scheduled to be sentenced 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.
