Let It Shine At Lake Metroparks' Glow-A-Palooza
There's still time to register for Lake Metroparks' celebration of the glowing, shiny and phosphorescent

Nature was throwing rave parties with all sorts of glow-in-the-dark and phosphorescent creatures before humans caught.
Lake Metroparks is hosting a celebration of all things glowing and shiny from 8 p.m. to midnight today at Penitentiary Glen Reservation in Kirtland.
Dubbed Glow-A-Palooza, families and children of all ages can participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor adventures in a carnival-type atmosphere, including:

- take a free train ride, compliments of The Lake Shore Live Steamers
- see nighttime wild animal shows
- learn more about animals that make their own light like fireflies

Adults and children ages two and older cost $4 and children younger than 2 are free.
