Mentor Police Looking For Convicted Drug Dealer Who Fled From Officers
Tyler Sweeney fled from Mentor Police Tuesday afternoon

Mentor Police are looking for a 19-year-old man who fled from police and is already the suspect in a drug trafficking case.
Tyler Sweeney, of Mentor, fled from police Tuesday afternoon, according to the Mentor Police Department's Facebook page.
When an officer tried to pull him over, Sweeney drove away in a white 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier. The officer chose not to pursue in the best interest of public safety.

Sweeney is already the suspect in a case in Lake County Common Pleas Judge Vincent Culotta's court.
He had a change-of-plea hearing Monday in which he pleaded guilty to two counts of marijuana trafficking and one count of complicity to marijuana trafficking.

He is scheduled to be sentenced July 30.
