Mentor Police Looking For Man Who Crashed Into Pole

Mentor Police are looking for a man who crashed a silver Volvo into a utility pole by Key Bank on Plaza Boulevard a few minutes before midnight Wednesday.

By the time police arrived at the scene of the crash, the man had already run away, leaving the car behind.

A witness told police that the driver was a man in his 50s or 60s who wore a blue and yellow striped polo shirt and shorts.
