On 8/30/2021, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 34-year-old Devin Brackett and found the cause of death to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Manner of death is ruled as a homicide. Devin Brackett was pronounced dead on 8/28/2021 at 3:28 am at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Thomas Blomquist M.D./Ph.D.Deputy Coroner of Lucas County
